Responsibilities
Identificar players estratégicos (edtechs, editoras, fintechs, empresas de serviços escolares) que possuam sinergia com o público da Agenda Edu
Abordar potenciais parceiros, apresentando o valor da nossa rede e negociando modelos de negócio
Gerenciar todo o ciclo de vida da parceria, desde o primeiro contato até o fechamento do contrato e o kick-off da operação
Bater metas de geração de leads qualificados via parceiros e/ou receita direta vinda de novos canais
Atuar junto aos times de Produto e Marketing para garantir que as parcerias sejam implementadas com sucesso e bem comunicadas ao mercado.
Requirements
Experiência prévia em Business Development, Vendas B2B ou Gestão de Parcerias (preferencialmente em SaaS ou no setor de educação)
Perfil "Hunter": Energia para buscar novos negócios e resiliência para lidar com ciclos de negociação complexos
Visão de Negócio: Capacidade de analisar métricas e entender se uma parceria é financeiramente viável e estratégica
Comunicação Impecável: Habilidade de negociação e capacidade de transitar entre diferentes níveis hierárquicos
Organização: Domínio de ferramentas de CRM para gestão de pipeline.
Possuir rede de contatos ativa no setor educacional
Experiência com modelos de Marketplace ou Ecossistemas Digitais
Conhecimento básico sobre integrações (APIs) para discussões técnicas iniciais com parceiros.
