About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct client service and maintain client relationships.
  • Organize and manage schedules, scopes, and deliverables.
  • Manage tickets, giveaways, and related operational requests.
  • Collect, analyze, and convert feedback into actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize daily processes.
  • Connect internal and external teams, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Perform tracking and follow-ups using Excel.
  • Work responsibly and autonomously in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • Provide direct client service and maintain client relationships, ensuring clear, concise communication aligned with management expectations.
  • Organize and manage schedules, scopes, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met in a dynamic environment.
  • Manage tickets, giveaways, and related operational requests with accuracy, control, and organization.
  • Collect, analyze, and convert feedback into insights for continuous improvement of the client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize day-to-day processes and proactively propose solutions.
  • Connect internal and external teams, ensuring smooth communication and clarity in delivery stages.
  • Maintain controls, spreadsheets, and follow-ups using Excel or similar tools.
  • Work with responsibility, autonomy, and a collaborative attitude in a remote environment.
  • Previous experience in operational management (tickets, giveaways, logistics, or similar routines).
  • Experience in client service and relationship management with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and internal organization.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced environments and handling multiple simultaneous demands.
  • Proactive, organized profile with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
