Previous experience in operational management (tickets, giveaways, logistics, or similar routines).
Experience in client service and relationship management with multiple stakeholders.
Proven track record in process improvement and internal organization.
Familiarity with fast-paced environments and handling multiple simultaneous demands.
Proactive, organized profile with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
