About the role

  • HR Systems Specialist managing P&I LOGA modules for a health services organization. Supporting payroll and personal management processes while troubleshooting technical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • You will be jointly responsible with the team for the functional support and further development of our HR system P&I LOGA in the areas of payroll and personnel management
  • You will take on the functional leadership in day-to-day operations and act as a sounding board and advisor to colleagues
  • As the central contact person you will resolve troubleshooting cases and provide active support with technical or functional challenges
  • You will guide and train employees on functional topics related to P&I LOGA
  • You will ensure smooth operation of the HR system and contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality and stability of our HR processes

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial/administrative field or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the HR environment, ideally in supporting and developing HR systems
  • Very good knowledge of P&I LOGA or the motivation to further develop your skills with this system
  • Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Strong IT affinity and enthusiasm for HR digitization and process optimization
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit and the ability to inspire others to embrace change
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
