HR Systems Specialist managing P&I LOGA modules for a health services organization. Supporting payroll and personal management processes while troubleshooting technical challenges.
Responsibilities
You will be jointly responsible with the team for the functional support and further development of our HR system P&I LOGA in the areas of payroll and personnel management
You will take on the functional leadership in day-to-day operations and act as a sounding board and advisor to colleagues
As the central contact person you will resolve troubleshooting cases and provide active support with technical or functional challenges
You will guide and train employees on functional topics related to P&I LOGA
You will ensure smooth operation of the HR system and contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality and stability of our HR processes
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a commercial/administrative field or an equivalent qualification
Experience in the HR environment, ideally in supporting and developing HR systems
Very good knowledge of P&I LOGA or the motivation to further develop your skills with this system
Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
Strong IT affinity and enthusiasm for HR digitization and process optimization
Excellent communication skills, team spirit and the ability to inspire others to embrace change
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
