About the role

  • Account Manager managing a portfolio of app publisher partners at adjoe. Driving revenue growth and optimizing user experiences through data-driven insights and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners, driving mutual revenue growth and long-term success.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with partners through consistent communication across Slack, email, and video calls.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU, etc.) to identify optimization opportunities and maximize results.
  • Develop and present performance reports, insights, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Business teams to address partner needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Identify upselling and optimization opportunities to increase partner engagement and revenue potential.
  • Translate partner feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations that help shape product improvements and strategy.
  • Take ownership of your portfolio performance, proactively driving initiatives to exceed growth and retention targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of key industry metrics such as CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR.
  • Exceptional communicator and can clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Slides.
  • Highly results-driven and motivated by achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
