About the role

  • Customer Success Manager optimizing advertiser accounts and enhancing performance metrics. Engaging with teams to improve campaigns at Additi in Rennes.

Responsibilities

  • Management and optimization of advertiser accounts: reassessing needs, setting up and optimizing campaigns, and delivering detailed performance reports
  • Monitoring audience metrics and section performance to support your clients
  • Tracking projects and providing recommendations for the section
  • Evaluating campaign effectiveness against campaign objectives
  • Analyzing user journeys and traffic sources to optimize conversion
  • A/B testing to compare performance across content types

Requirements

  • Higher education, preferably Master’s level with a specialization in business, advertising, or digital marketing
  • Proficient with IT tools (Excel) and sales management software (CRM)
  • Comfortable with numbers and highly rigorous with strong attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with analytical/measurement tools
