Vendor Relations Manager responsible for partnering with Marketplace vendors to enhance reward exposure and member redemption experiences. Collaborating in a global environment with a focus on vendor performance and strategy.
Responsibilities
Partnering with our Marketplace vendors to expand reward exposure and drive incremental revenue
Delivering the best redemption experience for our members worldwide
Supporting the selection and optimization of locally relevant rewards in our catalog
Monitoring vendor performance and improving upon price targets for assigned vendor accounts
Collaborating within a global, matrixed, and fast-paced environment
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in vendor management or category management.
Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and strategic planning.
Self-starter; acts with a sense of urgency, proven results and solution-oriented
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce an asset
Experience with using analytical tools (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Tableau) an asset.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Fluency in Spanish an asset
