About the role

  • Employee Relations Manager handling investigations and employee relations issues at Air Liquide. Ensuring compliance with laws and providing support for complex inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct timely, objective, and thorough internal investigations
  • Maintain a complex and highly sensitive caseload
  • Present investigation findings to HRBPs and Leaders
  • Execute post-investigation activities
  • Provide effective service, support, consultation, and resolution of complex ER inquiries and issues
  • Facilitate tracking of all investigation metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Labor/Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business, Political Science, Economics, or Juris Doctor
  • 8-10 years of hands-on employee relations, human resources and workplace investigations experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
