About the role

  • Key Account Manager responsible for enhancing market share and driving sales growth in automotive sectors across EMEA. Collaborating with internal teams and acting as a key liaison for prestigious accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Retain existing VM customers while proactively winning new business
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans, including stakeholder identification and organizational mapping
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and collaborate closely with internal teams
  • Maintain a strong presence within accounts to provide Voice of the Customer feedback
  • Work closely with Engineering, Compliance and Operations
  • Drive monthly project updates and utilize CRM technology

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in international account management
  • Expertise in strategic sales, particularly in workshop equipment, measurement, or diagnostic products
  • Deep understanding of selling to VM tooling, equipment, or aftersales departments
  • Full professional proficiency in English and German
  • Strong commitment to delivering positive commercial results and achieving ambitious growth targets
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex accounts and technical tasks simultaneously
