Responsibilities
Support the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) project by assisting with day-to-day Salesforce administration and system enhancement efforts.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards, performing data entry and data validation.
Support permission set and profile cleanup to improve system organization and security.
Assist with basic field creation and updates, troubleshoot introductory automation issues, and help resolve Salesforce support cases.
Provide additional system support during Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activations to ensure accuracy, continuity, and readiness of mission-critical workflows.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor degree program (or recently graduated within the past year) from a Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field program at an accredited university, college, or other educational facility in the Tallahassee FL area.
6-24+ months customer service experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
Current GPA of 3.0 or higher (preferred).
1+ years of Salesforce administrative/configuration experience (preferred).
