Responsibilities

  • Partner with international leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Advise on employee relations matters and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
  • Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management processes
  • Drive learning and leadership development initiatives, including the Abion Leadership Program
  • Collaborate on compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and compliance in each market
  • Ensure legal compliance and effective HR governance across all jurisdictions
  • Champion efficient HR processes and use analytics to guide decision-making

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in HR Business Partner roles, with an international focus
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing complexity
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
