About the role

  • Banco ABC Brasil seeks an Administrative Assistant to work on regulatory operations. Role involves managing documents and supporting regulatory compliance efforts.

Responsibilities

  • The professional will work on the 'Control and Post-Operations' team, handling regulatory requests from the Central Bank of Brazil and Sisjud, and will perform operational routines related to the control and safekeeping of the bank's contracts and legal instruments.
  • Support the control and monitoring of regulatory demands, following the procedures and options defined in policies and manuals.
  • Assist in the validation and submission of information to regulatory bodies, auditors, and internal departments.
  • Track deadlines and flag pending items and inconsistencies to the responsible teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed (Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Technology, or related fields).
  • Experience in back office, operations, or administrative areas;
  • Proficiency with Document Management Systems (ECM / GED);
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a plus;
  • Knowledge of digitization, metadata, and electronic records;
  • Basic knowledge of process automation and integration (RPA / workflows).
