Responsibilities
Develop and grow business with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in Germany
Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities into long-term customers
Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive renewal cycles
Lead full commercial processes (prospecting, meetings, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing)
Build a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
Collaborate with Inside Sales teams to support pipeline development
Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce)
Represent A2MAC1 during industry events and customer workshops
Prepare high-quality proposals, commercial documents, and forecasts
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the automotive sector
Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and closing deals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Previous experience working with German OEMs/Tier-1s is highly valued
Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
Based in Germany (Munich preferred) and willing to travel regularly
