About the role

  • Business Development Manager developing and managing strategic automotive accounts. Collaborating with teams to drive growth in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in Germany
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities into long-term customers
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive renewal cycles
  • Lead full commercial processes (prospecting, meetings, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing)
  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales teams to support pipeline development
  • Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce)
  • Represent A2MAC1 during industry events and customer workshops
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, commercial documents, and forecasts

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the automotive sector
  • Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and closing deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Previous experience working with German OEMs/Tier-1s is highly valued
  • Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
  • Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Based in Germany (Munich preferred) and willing to travel regularly
