About the role

  • Active Sourcing (40%)
  • Description: Filling the candidate pipeline for assignments with many strong potentials.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Candidate research using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Managing pipelines and candidate pools in LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal CRM
  • Initial outreach and follow-ups with candidates
  • Reporting and communication with Candidate Management and Project Management
  • Candidate Management (40%)
  • Description: Ensuring candidates in our processes and candidate pool feel well cared for and develop a positive impression of a placement and A-LEVEL.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Communication with candidates actively involved in the application process
  • Capturing and processing candidates' wishes and needs
  • Preparing, conducting and evaluating candidate interviews
  • Initiating, preparing and finalizing job offers and contracts with candidates, or supporting our clients in this process
  • Acting as a communication interface between company and candidates
  • Referring candidates to the sales team when they fall out of the process but are suitable for other positions
  • Project Management (20%)
  • Description: Supporting the founder and the recruiting team in business development topics.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Support in creating design assets for marketing and sales
  • Support in internal hiring
  • Assistance with the founder’s administrative tasks
  • Support in product development
  • Project management for miscellaneous tasks

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a working student – you are familiar with company workflows and bring initial practical experience.
  • Strong communication skills & enthusiasm – you enjoy interacting with candidates and can engage them about new opportunities.
  • High empathy & people insight – you understand what motivates talent and can put yourself in others’ shoes.
  • Structured & independent work style – you organize yourself efficiently and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Result-oriented & persistent – you follow through and remain composed under pressure.
  • Open & outgoing – you love working with people and build relationships quickly.
