About the role

  • You help new colleagues feel welcome from day one and support onboarding processes.
  • Support with administrative tasks such as contract management, benefits, and other HR-related administrative topics.
  • Assist in sourcing new talent, conduct initial screening processes, and coordinate job interviews.
  • Contribute creative ideas to further develop our team culture and organize regular team events.
  • Bring fresh ideas to improve workflows and make the HR area more efficient.

Requirements

  • Interest in HR topics, company culture, and talent development
  • Communicative, empathetic, and enjoys working in a team
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop
  • Experience with HR tools (e.g., Personio) is a plus but not required
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Persuasiveness and a drive to make an impact
