About the role

  • People Ops Partner at Plum managing employee experience from onboarding to offboarding for multiple teams. Championing HR processes while supporting the team’s needs in Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main People contact for your assigned teams, supporting both employees and managers.
  • Champion the employee experience throughout the full lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, payroll etc).
  • Advise on policies, contracts, and people-related queries, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Own People processes such as performance management, employee engagement, and team development.
  • Partner with managers to support these initiatives and guide them through organisational changes.
  • Handle HRIS (HiBob) processes, payroll queries, and benefits administration.
  • Provide guidance on sensitive cases, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
  • Collect and analyse HR data to identify trends and improve people practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the TA team on cross-functional projects and contribute to hiring decision-making.

Requirements

  • At least two years of proven experience in a People Partner, People Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment policies and practices.
  • Familiarity with the local employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage sensitive conversations.
  • A balance of employee advocacy and business pragmatism.
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS (HiBob experience is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
