About the role

  • Support the management in day-to-day operations (organization, communication, to‑do tracking)
  • Office management at the Mannheim location: mail handling, filing, meeting preparation
  • Planning and coordination of business trips, events & meetings
  • Organizing smaller team events or workation details
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (preferably in business administration, communications, event management or a related field)
  • Residence in Mannheim or the surrounding area; on-site presence 3x/week
  • Initial practical experience in administrative tasks or office management
  • Very good German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Reliable, strong communication skills, and a structured way of working
  • Confident user of Google Workspace (Calendar, Mail, Drive, Docs)
