Responsibilities
Planning and management of all processes and staff in the Event/Operations area
Development of new event formats in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
Responsibility for pre- and post-event cost calculations for all events
Responsibility for general purchasing in the Event/Operations area
Drafting contracts and preparing service requests in the Event/Operations area
Serving as event director/on-site event manager
Monitoring and implementation of all legal and company-specific requirements
Requirements
Completed vocational training in hotel or restaurant services
Further studies in hotel management, event management, or a comparable university degree (Uni/FH), or several years of proven leadership experience in upscale gastronomy
Ability to think and act across processes, and to coordinate and delegate tasks
Strong organizational skills

Analytical and conceptual strengths
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Confident use of common MS Office applications
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is desirable
Good command of English
