Responsibilities
You help our customers successfully transition to the new digital environment.
You act as their point of contact during this phase and ensure the migration goes smoothly and leaves them satisfied.
You will work up to 20 hours per week on an exciting forward-looking project, supported by a friendly team, and have the chance to gain valuable experience in an IT-related customer environment — even without a technical background.
You coordinate appointments with our customers and retail partners.
You independently process incoming migration requests — following clear guidelines.
You handle the transfer and conversion of customer data to the new software generation — either via remote support, cloud, or internal tools.
You conduct basic walkthroughs and onboarding sessions for our software smarthandwerk pro.
Requirements
You enjoy interacting with customers — by phone or email.
You like to work in a structured way, appreciate clear processes, and are well organized.
You are comfortable working on a PC and learning new programs — we will provide intensive support.
You have very good written and spoken German skills.
