About the role

  • You guide new customers through onboarding, respond to support requests, and ensure they successfully get started with BarBrain.
  • You assist with setting up customer products and organizing inventory areas so our users can start right away.
  • You help improve internal workflows and independently carry out small projects.
  • You work closely with Operations and Sales to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) — field of study flexible
  • Eager to take on responsibility and contribute to a growing SaaS startup
  • Structured working style and quick learner
  • Confident using digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM systems)
  • Communicative, service-oriented, and reliable
  • Advantage: prior experience in Customer Success, hospitality, or startups
