Responsibilities
You guide new customers through onboarding, respond to support requests, and ensure they successfully get started with BarBrain.
You assist with setting up customer products and organizing inventory areas so our users can start right away.
You help improve internal workflows and independently carry out small projects.
You work closely with Operations and Sales to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Requirements
Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) — field of study flexible
Eager to take on responsibility and contribute to a growing SaaS startup
Structured working style and quick learner
Confident using digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets, CRM systems)
Communicative, service-oriented, and reliable
Advantage: prior experience in Customer Success, hospitality, or startups
