- Partner with compliance and finance teams to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
- Design scalable systems that reduce risk and support long-term growth
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in operations, real estate, or housing-related roles (affordable housing strongly preferred)
- Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Proven success implementing systems in transaction-heavy environments
- Skilled in Smartsheet, Monday.com, and other workflow platforms
- Excellent communicator and strategic leader with a solution-oriented mindset.
