About the role

  • Reverse engineer from an MQL supply ramp schedule (ramping over 24 months starting Q1 2025) and drive the inputs required to meet the ramp
  • Manage a small marketing team (two content, one marketing operations) and discuss resourcing based on MQL needs
  • Ensure team hits weekly content production SLAs and that content passes quality gates (AI spam detection clearance)
  • Manage paid spend campaigns to load balance supply for regional GTM teams
  • Work with marketing operations to build enrichment workflows to lift inbound lead scores and run simple nurturing campaigns for >100,000 old inbound leads
  • Be hands‑on where needed (writing articles, optimising paid campaigns, building automation infrastructure and copy)
  • Ingest and understand large volume of product use cases and apply marketing playbooks across multiple products
  • Execute quickly from day one and collaborate with engineering, product, design, marketing, sales and customer success

Requirements

  • Background in SEO and content production; ideally understand AIO/AEO/AI answer optimisation
  • Experience in performance marketing, SEM and paid spend management
  • Experience building foundational marketing infrastructure, systems and playbooks
  • Experience with marketing automation, enrichment workflows and email automation
  • Experience building and/or designing marketing websites (agency, in‑house or hands‑on)
  • Experience in event marketing (running/attending events)
  • Experience in product marketing
  • Proven ability to reverse engineer and deliver against an MQL ramp schedule
  • Proven ability to hit weekly content production SLAs and enforce quality gates (e.g. AI spam content detection)
  • Ability to manage and optimise paid campaigns and budgets
  • Experience leading small teams (content and marketing operations) and scaling resourcing
  • Comfortable with equal parts strategy and execution; strong bias to doer culture
  • Willingness to be held accountable to MQL targets
  • Ability to execute quickly in a scaleup/intense environment
