Reverse engineer from an MQL supply ramp schedule (ramping over 24 months starting Q1 2025) and drive the inputs required to meet the ramp
Manage a small marketing team (two content, one marketing operations) and discuss resourcing based on MQL needs
Ensure team hits weekly content production SLAs and that content passes quality gates (AI spam detection clearance)
Manage paid spend campaigns to load balance supply for regional GTM teams
Work with marketing operations to build enrichment workflows to lift inbound lead scores and run simple nurturing campaigns for >100,000 old inbound leads
Be hands‑on where needed (writing articles, optimising paid campaigns, building automation infrastructure and copy)
Ingest and understand large volume of product use cases and apply marketing playbooks across multiple products
Execute quickly from day one and collaborate with engineering, product, design, marketing, sales and customer success
Requirements
Background in SEO and content production; ideally understand AIO/AEO/AI answer optimisation
Experience in performance marketing, SEM and paid spend management
Experience building foundational marketing infrastructure, systems and playbooks
Experience with marketing automation, enrichment workflows and email automation
Experience building and/or designing marketing websites (agency, in‑house or hands‑on)
Experience in event marketing (running/attending events)
Experience in product marketing
Proven ability to reverse engineer and deliver against an MQL ramp schedule

Ability to manage and optimise paid campaigns and budgets
