About the role

  • The Partner Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with local and pan regional Partner Marketing Managers/Executives to understand and support their creative needs for executing marketing campaigns, and reactive and business-as-usual activities with partners.
  • You will order partner marketing assets and ensure all creative briefs are accurately prepared and communicated to the creative team or external agencies.
  • You will align with the Creative Project Managers and support with overseeing the production and delivery of marketing assets, ensuring they meet the specified partner guidelines, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Track and manage assets and project timelines, providing regular updates to the partner marketing team and proactively addressing any potential issues or delays.
  • Review and approve assets to ensure materials are delivered according to brief and meet the required partner specifications before distribution.
  • Making sure marketing materials are uploaded to the partner assets management tool** **and support the partner marketing team with direct links to assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure asset consistency and alignment across partner marketing activities.
  • Support on presentations development to Partner Marketing Managers and Heads of Department.

Requirements

  • Experience in either media/creative agency or in house partner/brand marketing (desired industries: SVOD, Subscription based services, TV, Entertainment). Working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of subscription-based/Direct-To-Consumer products. Experience of SVOD, Media/TV/film is a desired plus.
  • You will be team orientated and great at building cross-functional relationships.
  • Good stakeholder management and experience of working in an international and matrixed organisation.
  • Asset management and implementation experience.
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro is seen as an advantage.
  • Must be fluent in English and with excellent oral and writing skills. Additional language capabilities in Swedish, Danish and/or Norwegian are advantageous.
