About the role

  • Develop and implement a marketing roadmap
  • Build a marketing funnel with systematic lead tracking
  • Conduct competitive analyses and market monitoring
  • Further develop our brand and market positioning
  • Performance marketing with budget responsibility
  • Optimize the customer journey
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations (content, social media, newsletters)
  • Develop campaigns for different target audiences

  • Manage our marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS sector
  • Business-fluent German (C1)
  • Solid knowledge of B2B and digital marketing
  • Experience in lead generation and funnel optimization
  • Confident use of marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • SEO expertise and experience running campaigns across multiple channels
  • Hands-on mentality and strong quality orientation
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills
  • Passion for marketing and desire to take on leadership responsibilities
