About the role
- Support the Influencer Marketing team in executing influencer marketing strategies within the DACH region.
- Assist with identifying and building relationships with influencers and content creators
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations
- Exciting opportunity to travel across the DACH region and support our team in organising key events
- Monitor and analyse influencer campaign performance and provide insights
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Support the team with day to day administrative tasks
Requirements
- Must be fluent in German (both written and spoken)
- Preferably degree qualified within a Marketing discipline, Modern Languages or related field
- Interest in beauty and influencer marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexible and eager to learn
- Previous experience in influencer marketing is a plus
