About the role

  • Lead the global Vestiarie Collective brand strategy to strengthen awareness, desirability, and customer engagement for a luxury resale audience, driving measurable impact across awareness, acquisition and conversion.
  • Oversee organic social media to shape the vision, tone, and content strategy across platforms, ensuring increased engagement, reach, and brand affinity.
  • Scale the global influencer strategy to build cultural relevance and advocacy within luxury, fashion, and lifestyle communities, driving social reach and customer acquisition with measurable results.
  • Launch impactful brand campaigns and partnerships from concept through execution to strengthen brand equity and desirability, driving clear performance outcomes on acquisition and growth goals.
  • Lead global PR, media, and event initiatives to amplify storytelling and visibility, driving share of voice and brand credibility across key markets.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Merchandising to align brand strategy with commercial priorities, using data and insights to optimize brand effectiveness.
  • Oversee the internal Creative Studio to deliver world-class creative direction, visual identity, campaign development, and content excellence
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-caliber global marketing team, developing talent and future organizational structure as we scale, embedding a culture of creativity, accountability, and results.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within brand and social marketing, ideally with experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or ecommerce industries.
  • A visionary marketing leader with a proven track record of scaling brands and leading innovative, social and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of fashion consumer behavior and global cultural trends; Luxury and resale experience a plus.
  • A strategic leader who can inspire teams while also being hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-driven when needed.
  • Experienced working in high-growth, fast-paced environments, with strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Self-starter with the ability to excel through times of growth, ambiguity and change.
  • Fluent in French & English
