About the role

  • Vendor Administration Manager overseeing vendor compliance and administration in real estate services. Managing vendor profiles and facilitating compliance issues with real estate agents and contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain internal compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Own the Client Exclusion Lists, including managing and auditing the process to ensure that client excluded providers are accurately matched and recorded in the system
  • Analyze, interpret and evaluate the background checks for contract vendors, including independent assessment of reports for compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Oversee the performance of the Vendor Administration team, including monitoring, training and reporting

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; College degree preferred
  • 3+ years’ prior industry experience preferred, along with prior management experience
  • Experience handling projects and risk assessment activities
  • Excellent customer services, communication and writing skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Concentrated attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
