Responsibilities
Deployment, maintenance and enhancement of all company IT and telecommunications systems
Installation, configuration and administration of client and server systems, central applications and services on-premises and in the cloud
Configuration and operational administration of firewall systems
Development and maintenance of in-house applications
First- and second-level support for company employees and our subsidiaries
Coordination and implementation of new IT initiatives with external service providers
Implementation and monitoring of IT security policies and requirements (ISO 27001)
Optional participation in our IT on-call rotation after onboarding
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
Strong administration skills with Microsoft software on-premises and in the cloud, virtualization, LAN, WAN, firewalls and IT security
Independent, conscientious and solution-oriented working style, with strong organizational skills
Ability to perform fault/root-cause analysis in complex system environments
Reliability, teamwork and strong communication skills
