About the role
- IT Systemadministrator ensuring system availability and supporting server infrastructures. Responsible for coordinating technical tasks and creating operational documentation for clients.
Responsibilities
- After a comprehensive onboarding, you will work flexibly—primarily remotely and partly on-site with our regional clients
- You are responsible for ensuring system availability
- Analyze and resolve operational incidents (via ticketing system)
- Administration of server infrastructures (servers, network, backup, firewall, MS‑SQL databases, virtualized environments)
- Communicate and coordinate technical tasks with the clients' IT leads
- Create operational documentation in our ITSM tool
- Proactively incorporate technological innovations and insights
Requirements
- Successfully completed IT training or equivalent professional experience (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration)
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft product suite such as Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DFS
- Basic knowledge in areas such as Microsoft Cluster and VMware
- Enthusiasm for automating and optimizing operational processes
- Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a solution- and customer-oriented approach
- A valid driver's license (Class B)
