About the role

  • Drive performance marketing efforts for new EdTech products.
  • Create and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to maximize user acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
  • Manage and allocate large advertising budgets (1kk+ per month) and monitor ROAS.
  • Use attribution, analytics, and engagement tools to track and analyze user acquisition metrics.
  • Implement automation tools and optimizations for UA workflows.
  • Maintain internal documentation: process descriptions, tasks, and technical briefs for internal teams.
  • Independently manage procurement-related activities and lead related processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Growth Marketing department.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in user acquisition with Facebook Ads source, with a focus on subscription-based products.
  • Independently managed and developed procurement, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets (1kk+ per month) and achieving positive ROAS.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of web promotion for B2C digital products.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Good in using attribution, analytics, and engagement tools to track and analyze user acquisition metrics.
  • Experience in using and implementing automation tools and ideas to optimize UA workflows.
  • Ability to maintain internal documentation: process descriptions, tasks, and technical briefs for internal teams.
  • B1+ English proficiency.
