About the role

  • You are responsible for leading a performance team.
  • Continuous professional development is your primary focus.
  • You strategically and operationally manage all performance marketing activities across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and YouTube for multiple brands.
  • You continuously develop and optimize campaign structures, segmentations and funnel tests.
  • You are responsible for budgets and outcomes (leads, CPL, CAC) and derive concrete optimization measures from them.
  • In collaboration with other teams and agencies, you define tracking requirements, conversion events, feeds and landing pages.
  • You are responsible for clean tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, consent setup) and regular reporting for stakeholders.
  • You identify, test and evaluate new paid channels (Criteo, native advertising, affiliate via AWIN) to expand reach in the healthcare sector.
  • You monitor the market, competitors and platform updates and translate insights into campaign and creative tests.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, marketing, media, e‑commerce or a comparable qualification, with substantial, multi‑year professional experience in performance marketing (in‑house or agency).
  • Extensive expertise in SEA/Google Ads with proven experience in search ads, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns, and confident handling of complex account structures.
  • Solid knowledge of paid social (Meta, ideally TikTok) with experience in strategic campaign planning and optimization across multiple platforms.
  • Several years of experience managing performance budgets and scaling campaigns across different verticals and industries.
  • Confident use of web analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager) and strong skills in creating meaningful reports and dashboards (Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Highly developed analytical thinking with the ability to interpret KPIs, make data‑driven decisions and derive concrete optimization measures.
  • Very good German and good English skills, strong communication and conceptual abilities, and a high level of executional drive.
  • Advantageous: experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, GA4 and Meta Blueprint.
  • Knowledge of additional performance channels (e.g., Criteo, native advertising, affiliate/AWIN).
