Training Manager leading JETSET Training Academy for new instructors. Overseeing up to 25 lead instructors and ensuring brand consistency across all training programs.
Responsibilities
Lead 2-4 training sessions per month (5 day or 2 weekend format).
Conduct hands-on training sessions, ensuring participants understand and can effectively deliver our brand’s unique workout experience.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting programs as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Oversee up to 25 studios within a designated region. Provide ongoing support, coaching, and feedback to studios to maintain high standards of instruction and brand consistency.
Ensure all lead instructors adhere to company policies, procedures, and training guidelines.
Maintain and enforce brand standards across all training programs.
Collaborate with the product development team to create engaging and effective workshops.
Prepare and submit regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Experience in training management or a related field
Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Experience in product development or program creation
Familiarity with fitness or wellness industries is a plus
