Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of Nestlé Health Science strategies
Provide analyses and insights for the Success Snapshot of NHS categories in the Food Channel
Active management of Sell-Out, Market Share, Distribution and DOH together with Trade leadership and the Commercial team
Collaborate on channel and customer acceleration plans
Manage commercial investments
Support the construction of JVCs for key channel customers
Perform analyses and develop action plans based on IQVIA, Nielsen, Scanntech, NROC and other data sources
Support I&R plans (Launch Plan, Ramp-up/Activation Curve and Turnover) and Portfolio/Execution reviews
Manage Shopper Marketing levers: Point-of-Sale materials, activations and amplification, incentives and events
Develop and centralize Trade communications with different stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related fields)
Experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Management (GC), Commercial Planning, Sales or related areas
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to develop presentations and storytelling
Analytical and organizational skills
Results-oriented with ease to work in a team
Intermediate English (desired)
Understanding of Nielsen and IQVIA reports, Pricing and Sales Processes (desired)
