About the role

  • Analista Trade Marketing PL at Nestlé focusing on trade marketing for health products. Collaborating with teams to develop strategies and analyze market data in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of Nestlé Health Science strategies
  • Provide analyses and insights for the Success Snapshot of NHS categories in the Food Channel
  • Active management of Sell-Out, Market Share, Distribution and DOH together with Trade leadership and the Commercial team
  • Collaborate on channel and customer acceleration plans
  • Manage commercial investments
  • Support the construction of JVCs for key channel customers
  • Perform analyses and develop action plans based on IQVIA, Nielsen, Scanntech, NROC and other data sources
  • Support I&R plans (Launch Plan, Ramp-up/Activation Curve and Turnover) and Portfolio/Execution reviews
  • Manage Shopper Marketing levers: Point-of-Sale materials, activations and amplification, incentives and events
  • Develop and centralize Trade communications with different stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related fields)
  • Experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Management (GC), Commercial Planning, Sales or related areas
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to develop presentations and storytelling
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Results-oriented with ease to work in a team
  • Intermediate English (desired)
  • Understanding of Nielsen and IQVIA reports, Pricing and Sales Processes (desired)
