Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Coordinate and manage testing teams and resources for effective testing execution.
Communicate testing progress, results, and defects to stakeholders.
Ensure the implementation of best practices in the testing process.
Identify areas for improvement in testing and advocate for necessary changes.
Facilitate defect triage meetings and follow through on resolutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
Proven experience in leading testing teams and managing projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus.
ISTQB certification or equivalent.
Agile testing experience and knowledge of Scrum methodology.
Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
