About the role

  • Partner with engineering and product leaders to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Find top technical talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other creative channels.
  • Write engaging, inclusive job postings that attract engineers across different languages and frameworks.
  • Guide hiring managers on interview best practices and ensure consistency across all technical assessments.
  • Track recruiting metrics and share insights that drive smarter, faster hiring.
  • Champion a great candidate experience at every stage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
  • Proven success hiring software engineers in multiple tech stacks (.NET, Java, Python, React, Node.js, etc.)
  • Familiarity with modern development environments (cloud, microservices, CI/CD)
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with tools like Juicebox.ai, BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • A collaborative mindset — you thrive working cross-functionally with technical teams.
