About the role
- Provide world class technical support for the Danfoss Product Portfolio for Cooling division.
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers.
- Provide technical support for Danfoss products related to the Cooling segment to customers: wholesalers and small OEMs in Iberia.
- Be the go–to technical and quality expert for customers and sales teams.
- Inspire and educate by delivering impactful product and training presentations.
- Collaborate across Danfoss Cooling – working closely with engineering, factory, product management, and customer service.
- Drive project success by identifying critical technical factors in customer applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, or 3–5+ years of professional experience in the HVAC/R industry.
- Strong knowledge of vapor compression systems, heat transfer processes, and product technologies.
- Solid understanding of compressor technology, condensing units, and related applications.
- Familiarity with the Danfoss portfolio, including expansion valves, control valves, heat exchangers, and electronic components.
- Proven ability to coordinate effectively, communicate clearly, and build strong relationships.
- Excellent command of Spanish and good command of English. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the Iberia region.
