About the role

  • Provide world class technical support for the Danfoss Product Portfolio for Cooling division.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers.
  • Provide technical support for Danfoss products related to the Cooling segment to customers: wholesalers and small OEMs in Iberia.
  • Be the go–to technical and quality expert for customers and sales teams.
  • Inspire and educate by delivering impactful product and training presentations.
  • Collaborate across Danfoss Cooling – working closely with engineering, factory, product management, and customer service.
  • Drive project success by identifying critical technical factors in customer applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, or 3–5+ years of professional experience in the HVAC/R industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vapor compression systems, heat transfer processes, and product technologies.
  • Solid understanding of compressor technology, condensing units, and related applications.
  • Familiarity with the Danfoss portfolio, including expansion valves, control valves, heat exchangers, and electronic components.
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively, communicate clearly, and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent command of Spanish and good command of English. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the Iberia region.
