About the role

  • Support Engineer responsible for Blue Yonder Category Management implementation. Handling issues and maintaining the technical environment with a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the implementation of Blue Yonder Category Management
  • Handle the implementation and provide a solution to technical/functional issues
  • Maintenance & support during the Implementation phase of the customer project
  • Consulting with customers regarding maintenance of software systems
  • Assists in resolution of problems escalated by the customer or other associates
  • Review existing application set up and resolve customer reported issues
  • Provide coverage for Catman customers
  • Handle all batch failures and assist team members in executing various activities

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of work experience
  • Experience with working on Azure & understands Azure landscape to Implement the product architecture effectively.
  • Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Shell scripting.
  • Good understanding on the Control-m & other CLM/BL tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle RBDMS concepts.
  • Familiarity with the basic network terminologies.
  • Ability to provide 24/7 coverage for Catman customers.
  • Knowledge of any defect management tool will be an added advantage.
  • Communication with good English language skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organization and technical documentation skills.
