About the role

  • Assist in the design and implementation of data delivery mechanisms for payroll processes
  • Provide dedicated technical assistance on inbound and outbound integrations and API technology
  • Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders as the technical expert
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of client integration options, advising on best solutions and ensuring data integrity
  • Deliver new strategic technology partner integration solutions: analysis, scoping, technical design, testing, roll-out and documentation
  • Identify change requests for technical development to improve integration experience or service
  • Liaise with development team to design and scope enhancements based on customer and operations feedback
  • Develop process documentation including process flows, user guides and technical requirements
  • Act as a client-facing technical lead and trusted advisor, reporting to Head of Onboarding

Requirements

  • Be a solutions focussed IT professional with experience in a client facing environment (e.g. service desk, applications support)
  • Be degree qualified in IT, Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification
  • Knowledge and experience of supporting HCM applications (e.g. Workday) - asset but not essential
  • Knowledge of modern integration technologies, principles and best practice
  • Experience of developing process documentation including process flows, user guides and technical requirements
  • Great customer service skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and build great relationships with clients
