About the role

  • Design and implement customer integrations using a low-code platform.
  • Act as the technical bridge between clients and internal teams to deliver smooth, scalable solutions.
  • Lead technical onboarding and integration projects for SMB and enterprise clients, ensuring solutions follow company standards.
  • Configure and manage integrations using drag-and-drop tools, including data transformations, webhook handling, and workflow mapping.
  • Collaborate with non-technical customer contacts and internal teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, manage error handling, and maintain reliable, repeatable processes.

Requirements

  • Experience with low-code or integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Logic Apps, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, data formats (XML, EDI, JSON), and HTTP-based communication.
  • Technical background in engineering or development; while not hands-on coding, this role requires comfort with technical concepts and discussions.
  • Ability to confidently communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, often serving as the most technical person in the room.
  • Platform-agnostic mindset; experience with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud environments.
  • Experience working in SaaS environments and supporting a range of client sizes is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to the company’s Madison, WI location once per month for on-site collaboration.
