About the role
- Medior Solution Architect specializing in Finance & Operations for retail and supply chain sectors. Designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business processes and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Dynamics 365 FO solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes in **retail, wholesale, production, and supply chain**.
- Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and functional teams during solution design and implementation.
- Participate in system configuration, customisation, integrations, and process optimisation.
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, architecture standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for business users and internal teams.
- Support testing (SIT/UAT), issue resolution, and post-implementation support activities.
Requirements
- 5 – 10 years’ experience in a Dynamics 365 FO Solution Architect or senior functional consultant role.
- Strong functional and technical understanding of **Finance & Operations** modules, especially in **retail, wholesale, production, and supply chain**.
- Proven ability to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with enterprise architecture.
- Hands-on experience with solution configuration, customisation, and integration with other systems.
- Excellent **Dutch proficiency** (written and spoken) for stakeholder communication and workshops.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
