About the role

  • Engage directly with prospective clients to understand their requirements and challenges.
  • Lead on product demonstrations, answer data scoping questions, and address client concerns to help close deals.
  • Work closely with the sales team, providing value proposition expertise to support the sales process.
  • Help bridge the gap between technical complexities and client needs, ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with the client's requirements.
  • Create and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and documentation to showcase how the product or solution meets the client's needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, the Global Intelligence team, and client success to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide feedback from the field to assist in continuous product improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role.
  • Experience working for a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of national security issues and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently to deliver outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel.
