About the role

  • Assist in the design and implementation of data delivery mechanisms for payroll processes
  • Work directly with customers and internal stakeholders as technical expert on inbound and outbound integration and API technology
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of client integration options, providing support and advice and ensuring data integrity
  • Work on end-to-end delivery of new strategic technology partner integration solutions including analysis, scoping, technical design, testing, roll-out and documentation
  • Identify change requests for technical development to improve the integration experience or the service
  • Liaise with development team to design and scope enhancements to integration solutions based on Customer and Operations Team feedback
  • Report to Head of Onboarding

Requirements

  • Be a solutions focussed IT professional with experience in a client facing environment (e.g. service desk, applications support)
  • Be degree qualified in IT, Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification
  • Have knowledge and experience of supporting HCM applications (e.g. Workday) - this would be a great asset, but not essential
  • Have knowledge of modern integration technologies, principles and best practice
  • Have experience of developing process documentation including process flows, user guides and technical requirements
  • Have great customer service skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and build great relationships with clients
