About the role

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform
  • Oversee configuration and administration of ServiceNow to support effective service delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and promote knowledge sharing
  • Review business processes to leverage ServiceNow capabilities for improvement
  • Collaborate with product managers, IT engineers, and process owners to define ITSM policies and workflows
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to align with project objectives and timelines
  • Analyze service performance metrics and reports to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure ITSM initiatives deliver business value
  • Stay up-to-date with ITSM trends, tools, and technologies and recommend platform enhancements
  • Support GEO and LEO satellite services through ServiceNow platform delivery

Requirements

  • MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience with workflows in key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM)
  • Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices
  • Strong technical background on ServiceNow Platform, including configuration and administration
  • ServiceNow Application Developer certification is a plus
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices (e.g., ITIL v4, ITIL Expert preferred)
  • Strong experience working with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
