About the role

  • Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes supporting client technology goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to define, track, and communicate business requirements.
  • Build basic conceptual data and process models to support requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Create, execute, or analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are accurately reflected in system design.
  • Participate in technical reviews and inspections to ensure the “intent of change” is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience translating technical goals and requirements into actionable business solutions.
  • SME ServiceNow Developer with knowledge of other ITSM platforms (e.g., Jira, Remedy).
  • Experience with ticketing systems and understanding of reporting/dashboarding in ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tools for quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with business leaders, clients, and technical personnel.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across teams, translating technical concepts into digestible business insights.
