Recruitment Analyst responsible for aligning and sourcing candidates at BIOMM S.A. Focusing on candidate experience and team performance as a strategic role.
About the role
- Find and assess the suitability of experienced tech candidates for AND Digital
- Source and headhunt talent across a variety of locations, levels, and contract roles
- Hire at pace and manage end-to-end recruitment processes with strong administration
- Use recruitment tools and sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to build talent pipelines
- Partner with stakeholders to overcome recruitment challenges and provide market insight
- Build relationships across AND Digital's clubs and collaborate with regional teams
Requirements
- Experience of recruiting within the tech space (ideally some experience working contract/affiliate roles in an agency environment)
- Ability to recruit across the whole tech landscape, ideally with some experience in hiring contract technical roles
- Experience of hiring at pace, both sourcing and headhunting talent across a variety of locations and levels
- Process oriented mindset along with strong administration experience
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing strategies i.e. Linkedin Recruiter
- Good stakeholder management experience including working with key stakeholders to overcome recruitment challenges and provide regular market insight.
- Ability to build strong relationships with lots of different ANDi’s across clubs.
