Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administrative processes and supporting the Managing Director
  • Maintain customer contact and follow up on proposals/quotes
  • Maintain the website and social media presence
  • Plan internal events and manage the vehicle fleet

Requirements

  • Experience in office management, as an assistant, or in a similar all‑round role
  • Clear, friendly communication (verbal and written)
  • Independent, structured and reliable working style
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Lexoffice, Personio, Google Workspace, LinkedIn)
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
