Maintain customer contact and follow up on proposals/quotes
Maintain the website and social media presence
Plan internal events and manage the vehicle fleet
Requirements
Experience in office management, as an assistant, or in a similar all‑round role
Clear, friendly communication (verbal and written)
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Comfortable using digital tools (Lexoffice, Personio, Google Workspace, LinkedIn)
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken

Competitive salary: €40,000 - €52,000 per year (full-time equivalent)
