About the role

  • Product Operations Manager at Kazaar improving offline marketing execution processes and collaborating across multiple teams. Aiming to ensure clarity, structure, and efficient communication in product operations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and continuously improve product planning cycles
  • Drive and continuously improve roadmap rituals
  • Drive and continuously improve quarterly and monthly product cadences
  • Maintain a single source of truth for the roadmap, priorities and decisions (Productboard), as well as for documentation (Notion)
  • Ensure clear trade-offs, an explicit prioritization logic and traceability of decisions
  • Act as the connection point between Product, Tech, Design, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams
  • Structure and manage operations for product updates
  • Structure and manage operations for release communications
  • Structure and manage operations for internal enablement materials
  • Operationalize product KPIs (adoption, usage, productivity, migrations)
  • Build decision-oriented dashboards and reporting
  • Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to improve data reliability and accessibility
  • Prepare product analyses and insights for leadership and the board
  • Work with business teams to support sales decks, product narrative and enablement
  • Own release notes and internal FAQs
  • Ensure consistent communication between indirect and direct channels
  • Manage and optimize the product tool stack (Productboard, Jira, Notion, analytics)
  • Improve documentation standards, templates and workflows
  • Identify friction points and proactively improve how the Product team operates

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in Product Operations, Product Management, BizOps or an equivalent role in a B2B tech environment
  • Proven experience building and scaling product operations from scratch
  • Strong experience collaborating daily with product, engineering and design teams and with senior business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to create clarity and structure in ambiguous contexts
  • Excellent project management discipline: ability to run multiple initiatives, quickly remove blockers and maintain organizational alignment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English required
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring product performance
  • Advanced experience with product tools and the ability to improve templates and workflows
  • Strong ownership mindset, proactivity and obsession with simplicity and efficiency
  • Highly pragmatic and low ego
  • Comfortable in a fast-evolving environment with changing priorities
