About the role

Responsibilities
- Review and manage customer payments and partner payouts
- Handle booking changes (modifications, cancellations)
- Ensure commissions, amounts and currencies are correct
- Supervise daily payment flows handled by interns
- Resolve complex or high-impact cases that don’t fit standard procedures
- Validate large payment batches and exceptional transfers
- Prepare simple, meaningful KPIs (cash flows, disputes, cancellations…)
- Own monthly reconciliations
- Contribute to monthly closing tasks related to tenants & owners balances
- Identify friction points in payment or reconciliation processes
- Help automate and simplify manual workflows
- Document processes and update internal knowledge base
- Train and support finance interns
- Act as a reference point on operational topics
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience, ideally in operations, admin, finance ops, payroll, data, customer ops, or a startup environment
- Comfortable working with Excel and data
- Proficient in English; Spanish or French are a big plus
