About the role

  • Teamassistenz Kundenzufriedenheit supporting customer satisfaction in a dynamic team at an alarm systems provider. Engaging with customers and managing inquiries with a structured approach.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting our team in handling and coordinating customer inquiries
  • Analyzing and maintaining Excel lists, and assigning tasks to team leads and managers to enable efficient customer win-back
  • Independently contacting existing customers who are in cancellation/termination status
  • Documenting and following up on customer contacts to ensure continuous tracking

Requirements

  • A positive attitude that delights our customers and strengthens our team
  • Organizational talent, a structured working style, and reliability
  • Initial experience in customer service or administrative work is an advantage
  • Good Excel skills
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Independent and solution-oriented way of working
