Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will support our customers in migrating to our modern software.
You will receive thorough training and then gradually take on clearly structured tasks.
You will help our customers successfully transition to the new digital environment.
You will be their point of contact during this phase and ensure the migration proceeds smoothly and with confidence.
You will coordinate appointments with our customers and specialized retail partners.
You will independently process incoming migration requests – following clear guidelines.
You will perform the transfer and conversion of customer data into the new software generation – either via remote maintenance, cloud, or internal tools.
Additionally, you will assist with designing and customizing forms (e.g., invoices or quotes).
You will conduct basic introductions to our software smarthandwerk pro.
Requirements
