- You will coordinate appointments with our customers and specialized retail partners.
- You will independently process incoming migration requests – following clear guidelines.
- You will perform the transfer and conversion of customer data into the new software generation – either via remote maintenance, cloud, or internal tools.
- Additionally, you will assist with designing and customizing forms (e.g., invoices or quotes).
- You will conduct basic introductions to our software smarthandwerk pro.
Requirements
