About the role

  • Customer Supporter assisting clients in transitioning to modern software solutions for more efficient operations. Opportunity for entry-level candidates with no prior experience.

Responsibilities

  • As part of our team, you will support our customers in migrating to our modern software.
  • You will receive thorough training and then gradually take on clearly structured tasks.
  • You will help our customers successfully transition to the new digital environment.
  • You will be their point of contact during this phase and ensure the migration proceeds smoothly and with confidence.
  • You will coordinate appointments with our customers and specialized retail partners.
  • You will independently process incoming migration requests – following clear guidelines.
  • You will perform the transfer and conversion of customer data into the new software generation – either via remote maintenance, cloud, or internal tools.
  • Additionally, you will assist with designing and customizing forms (e.g., invoices or quotes).
  • You will conduct basic introductions to our software smarthandwerk pro.

Requirements

  • No specific qualification is required – if you are reliable, good at communicating with people, and enjoy learning new tasks, you are a great fit for us.
  • You enjoy interacting with customers – by phone or email.
  • You like working in a structured way, appreciate clear processes, and can organize yourself well.
  • You are confident using a PC and learning new programs – we will provide intensive support.
  • You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
