Manage Managed and Support Services business for customer contracts at Motorola Solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage service delivery across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia regions.
Responsibilities
Manage the Managed and Support Services (M&S) business for assigned customer contracts
Ensure customer satisfaction with Motorola Public Safety Customers
Provide customers a single point of contact for Customer management
Work with customers to discuss concerns and drive corrective actions to closure
Manage and maintain services scope as per services contract
Ensure timely reporting as required by Services Contract
Manage sub-contractors deliverables and adherence to agreed scope
Engage in case management process to ensure service delivery
Assist partners and vendors with payment and billing issues
Identify and implement areas for improvement
Ensure all operational documentations remain up to date
Manage contract change management as needed
Work with Service Contract and Subscription Operations for contract loading and renewals
Gather and provide Booking Packages to SCSO for contract loading
Work closely with the Motorola Program Manager to provide a smooth transition from project implementation to warranty support and service delivery
Create and/or update existing Customer Support Plans
Requirements
2+ years of experience in one of the following: customer service, sales, account management, customer support experience, systems management, project coordination, contract management, military experience or Motorola experience
